Our Ireland home

Ireland, we have arrived!  The first thing we did on arrival was look at houses.  We wanted a house, not an apartment, but to "let" a house for 3 months... not many want to do that!  It came down to a brand new one out in the country or a well used but spacious vacation rental home, not within walking distance to town, but lots to do outdoors close by!  We chose the vacation rental, and it's been perfect.  3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with breakfast area, living and dining room and a laundry room.  2 stories.  We have neighbors close by, there are other kids for the boys to play with, the park is a 20 min walk away, the creche (preschool) is a 7 min walk away and a golf course is between us and the ocean (Galway Bay).
The town is Oranmore, Co. Galway.  It's a easy 20 min drive to work for Ruben.  Ruben takes our only vehicle to work (Land Rover but switching to a people mover (mini van) soon.  So we get to walk walk walk and it's been good!  Fresh ocean air is good too!  Sure we get rained on alot and it's quite windy, but it hasn't slowed us down!  I have been waiting for a good clear day to take the following pictures, but that seldom happens!
